MTHOWILSON PTY Ltd Trading as EASY HELP KZN home maids and business cleaners and was form by a single African woman with passion and years of experience in the cleaning industry. Black African woman who knows ins and outs of the residential and commercial cleaning. We’ve seen a very big gap in the industry of cleaning in terms of the service being given and the people giving services being covered, protected and compensated fairly. Easy Help KZN strives to forever improve the industry by fairly compensating the cleaners and covering them properly from, salary, insurance, workmanship, compensation and still looking for other ways to be better. Clients can rest easy knowing that the company provides insurance that should anything of value be damaged or god forbid be destroyed they can claim directly to Easy Help KZN. Started in 2017 and register in 2018, we presently happy with the growth of our business and happy that we have never had any misfortunes of damaging or loosing or destroying anything of value but that I the purpose of insurance, being ready should anything ever happen.
We are happy that our cleaners are so motivated and happy it shows to even the clients we serve, that is the power of paying people well, treating them well, and working together with them to make a difference in our client’s lives daily, making their lives easier, one cleaning at a time. We’ve recently worked with big companies like, RCB at their ETHEKWINI TOYOTA site and we are looking forward to taking more offers big cooperate companies.
We got business for insurance companies during April floods and not to leave our specialty Deep Cleaning that we offer to so many clients every day after building their homes, we clean up after construction and we are proud to say our clients keep referring us to more people which means they are happy and we like to keep it that way.
Our trained and uniformed cleaning crews maintain a top-notch professional image that complements any home or business. All cleaning personnel are bonded, all staff is security checked with the local police authorities ensuring that your home/ business and inventory are always secure, we also use a private company to do a criminal check on people before we sign them on as an employee. Supervision is the key to our success! Regular checks home/ business cleaner’s quality control personnel inspecting the cleanliness of their premises.
Our supervisors visit the cleaning staff on-site while services are being performed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We are members of the Bargaining Council for the Contract Cleaning Services Industry (KZN) (BCCCSI). We pay UIF, SARS, and INSURANCE to cover the customer things and the employee should the unfortunate happen. This is to give our customers piece of mind that should anything happen it’s not their expense to cover the unfortunate loss or damage. Our people are our greatest asset. The cleaning industry in general is notorious for high turnover of staff, but at Easy Help KZN Cleaning Services we have many staff members who have been with us since day one. We treat our people right, which translates into higher job satisfaction and consistent quality service for the client.

To also help people who are disadvantaged and prejudiced in various aspect of their lives by offering them jobs and to be able to have that stability and ability to provide themselves and their children. Most our staff members are from disadvantaged arears and with the high unemployment rate we know those people are the most affected people by the unemployment and that how crime ends up being so high. We also focus in helping tertiary students by giving them part time jobs while they study to improve their lives. We also partnered with EASY HELP KZN, this is a non-profit organization that helps people, giving whatever we receive from clients, mostly clothes, food and sometimes furniture and electronics.

Our supervisors are equipped with smart phones, and every inspection is noted and taken into consideration so that we always improve our services to the best of our ability.
Every complaint taken is recorded and referenced to the book and marked accordingly only resolved once all parties are satisfied with the resolution. This ensures the client that any issue, be it service related, billing related etc. is followed through to complete satisfaction.
