MTHOWILSON (Pty) Ltd, trading as Easy Help KZN, is a KwaZulu-Natal-based cleaning services company providing reliable residential, commercial, deep-cleaning and specialized cleaning solutions. Established in 2017 and registered in 2018, the company was founded by an African woman entrepreneur with practical experience and a strong understanding of the cleaning industry.
Easy Help KZN was created to address two important needs in the market: dependable cleaning services for clients and fair, ethical treatment for the people who provide those services. The company is committed to delivering quality workmanship while ensuring that cleaners are properly supported, compensated and protected.
Our approach is built on professionalism, accountability and care. We provide trained and uniformed cleaning teams, maintain supervision on site, and use quality-control checks to ensure that clients receive consistent service and peace of mind.

Easy Help KZN provides services to homeowners, home executives, body corporates, complex owners, flat and apartment owners, property businesses, guest houses, construction companies and corporate clients.
We help clients avoid the stress of sourcing, hiring and managing domestic or cleaning staff themselves. Our team provides dependable assistance for homes, offices and property environments, supported by supervision, cleaning expertise and professional standards.
Our goal is to make reliable help easily accessible across houses, flats, buildings, complexes and businesses throughout KwaZulu-Natal.

We are equally committed to creating meaningful work opportunities for people from disadvantaged communities and supporting employees in building stability, dignity and long-term opportunities for themselves and their families.
Where possible, Easy Help KZN also supports tertiary students through part-time employment opportunities that help them earn income while continuing their studies.
Through our partnership with ANY HELP KZN, a non-profit organization, we extend this commitment into the wider community by helping connect donated clothing, food, furniture and other useful items with people who need them most.

Any complaint or service concern is recorded, followed up and treated as resolved only once the matter has been addressed appropriately and the client is satisfied with the outcome.
